III+ RIFLE RATED TRAUMA PLATE INSERT SPECIAL THREAT TESTED

The DFNDR Special Threat Tested Trauma Rifle Plate is a stand alone armor system weighing in at 1.4 lbs for size 7″ x 9″. This MULTI-CURVE armor system defeats multiple rounds of 7.62×39 (MSC, PS Ball, Ball) and 5.56×45 M193 ammunition at muzzle velocities. The plate is designed to be inserted into the front and rear pockets of most soft armor vests. The soft armor behind this plate will provide additional trauma protection. This armor system has be independently tested at an NIJ compliant laboratory.
