With over 11 years of Law Enforcement Experience and a graduate of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Reserve Academy, Brad has been directing operations for SR Global Security since 2019. Qualified as an Armed Security Guard trained in DUI Investigations and Active Shooter Response his certifications speak for themselves.

ROBERT DAVID MANNING | PROJECT MANAGER

Dave Manning has been a “use of force” instructor for over 30 years. Over that time he has concentrated his efforts in combining lethal with non-lethal force options to law enforcement officers so that they have the tools needed in their service to the community.

As Senior Rangemaster and Chief Firearms and Tactics instructor for the Santa Paula Police Department, his responsibilities for the last 21 years included: firearms and tactics training, range qualification and less lethal weapon training to all police officers. He has been on the SWAT Team for over 15 years and is responsible for all their weapons and tactics training.

Dave has been training in the martial arts for over 50 years. He holds several black belts and is currently studying IAIDO (Traditional Japanese Samurai Sword Martial Arts) and SHIN SHIN MUGENDO (Traditional Japanese Mixed Martial Arts).
He wrote and teaches a P.O.S.T “TRAIN THE TRAINER” Firearms Instructor Courses and has certified hundreds of POLICE firearms instructors across the state of California.
In 1994 he started the Tactical Firearms Training Institute as a formal training center for law enforcement and civilians (www.tacfire.com). As an armed security guard, he has been certifying people to carry concealed weapons for the Ventura County Sheriff for 25 years.

Andrew has a combined 5 years of Law Enforcement Experience and is a graduate from both the Veterans Affairs Law Enforcement Training Center (VALETC) in North Little Rock, Arkansas and from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy in West Sacramento, California. Andrew also has over 6 years of private security experience. Andrew had been Branch Manager (Northern CA) for SR Global Security for over two years.
